Upcoming Performance and Auditions at Greenville Little Theatre

Greenville Little Theatre - Greenville, SCGreenville, SC – Greenville Little Theatre’s Studio 444, its alternative series, presents its fourth annual “24 Hour Play Festival” on Saturday, January 26, at 8 pm. Three short one acts will be written, rehearsed, and performed in only 24 hours! This uniquely innovative event challenges all the artists involved to produce in one day what normally takes 6-8 weeks. This intense experience will reaffirm that Greenville’s talent is second to none as these productions all but appear out of thin air! But, the plays can’t happen without you! You can vote on a situation inspire the playwrights, a prop to be used in the plays, an occupation of a character, and a specific line of dialogue to keep things interesting! The clock is ticking and the artists are ready, so be at the Greenville Little Theatre on January 26 at 8 pm to enjoy theatre at its fastest! To round out the evening, the Laughing Stock Improv Group will pile on the laughs following the performance. Tickets are $8; order on-line at www.greenvillelittletheatre.org. In addition, The Greenville Little Theatre will hold auditions for the comedy, Elvis Has Left the Building, by Katie Forgette on Sunday, January 27, at 7 pm. Roles are available for for 3 men and 2 women. Auditions will consist of reading from the script.
