SPARTANBURG, SC Feb. 7, 2013 – College of Charleston freshman jumper Roshani Glover earned Southern Conference Field Athlete of the Month honors, as the conference announced the award winners today.
Glover turned in a pair of top-five finishes in the triple jump in January. The Summerville, S.C., native took fifth place at the Tiger Challenge on Jan. 11 with a jump of 11.33 meters. She also ran a leg on the 4×400-meter relay at the meet.

Glover, who leads the conference standings in the triple jump, was the SoCon field performer of the week on Jan. 24.
“We are very proud of RoShani,” CofC head coach Amy Seago said. She has done a great job in the short amount of time she has been with us. We expected her to make an immediate impact for us and she’s proven she is adapting well to college-level training.”
