Barry Drive on S. 17th Street to Wade Park which is located off of Waltmoor Road.   The public is encouraged to drop by between 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. to learn more about the project. WILMINGTON, North Carolina – The UNCW men’s soccer team erupted for two goals in a 3:08 span late in the game, including the go-ahead strike by sophomore midfielder Jamie Dell with 6:17 remaining, to stun Duke, 2-1, in a non-conference match Tuesday at the UNCW Soccer Stadium. The Seahawks, who improved to 3-5-1 overall, trailed 1-0 after a goal early in the second half by the Blue Devils before staging a dramatic rally down the stretch.  It was UNCW’s first win over Duke since the 2006 season and left the Blue Devils with a 3-4-1 mark.   WILMINGTON, North Carolina – Purdue seeks to become the third school to successfully defend its title when The Landfall Tradition tees off Oct. 26-28 at the Country Club of Landfall’s scenic Jack Nicklaus Course. New Mexico (2003, 2004) and Wake Forest (2007, 2008) have both accomplished the feat in the national-caliber women’s golf tournament. The three-day, 54-hole event enters its 11th year in 2012 and has raised more than $200,000 in scholarship funds for the UNCW golf programs.
