Jacksonville, NC — The Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce has announced Vice President Million Heir-Williams will assume duties as Interim President effective Oct. 1, 2012. She will take over for President Mona Padrick, who is retiring effective Sept. 30. The move was approved Wednesday morning by the Executive Committee of the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
