Agorsor scores twice in stoppage time for 3-1 win against Wilmington   RICHMOND, Va. – A pair of stoppage-time goals by Chris Agorsor allowed the Richmond Kickers to grab a 3-1 victory against the Wilmington Hammerheads on Saturday night at City Stadium. The victory allowed the Kickers to snap a streak of four consecutive draws in USL PRO play and jump past the Hammerheads in the league standings. South Carolina To Host 2012 NCAA Baseball Regional

Columbia, S.C. May 27, 2012 – South Carolina has been selected as one of the 16 regional host institutions for the 2012 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship as announced by the NCAA Division I Baseball Committee on Sunday afternoon. By virtue of being awarded a regional, South Carolina has been selected as an at-large to the 64-team field of the NCAA Baseball Tournament. South Carolina heads into the postseason with a 40-17 record. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. May 26, 2012 – After missing out on the NCAA Outdoor Championships by one place last season, senior Dennis Aliotta left no doubt in 2012 as he finished fourth in the shot put at the NCAA East Preliminary Round Saturday at Hodges Stadium. Aliotta’s mark of 19.30 meters was his second-best of the year, just behind his Conference USA-winning heave of 19.39 meters which is also a program record. The women’s 4×400 relay squad finished in 15th place but was unable to earn a spot in the national championship after qualifying last season.
