Osuna’s Third Hit Drops Charleston 5-4 CHARLESTON, WV – Jose Osuna capped a three-hit night by lining a walk-off single into right in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the West Virginia Power a 5-4 victory over the Charleston RiverDogs in South Atlantic League action at Appalachian Power Park on Wednesday night.
