Chattanooga Classic Grants Second Exemption

Myrtle Beach, S.C. – June 1, 2011 – The National Golf Association’s Hooters Professional Golf Tour announced today that the Nationwide Tour’s Chattanooga Classic has granted a second unrestricted exemption to the NGA/Hooters Tour for the 2011 season.   All NGA/Hooters Tour members are eligible to win the exemption simply by being current members and no extra fees are required. The NGA/Hooters Tour Player of the Year will receive one of the exemptions, while the second exemptions qualifications will be announced at a later date. Last season, Michael Thompson earned the Tour’s exemption into the event by being named the 2010 NGA/Hooters Tour Player of the Year. Myrtle Beach, S.C. – May 15, 2011 – The National Golf Association’s Hooters Professional Golf Tour, presented by Hooters of America, will return to Cherry Blossom Golf & Country Club in Georgetown, Ky., for The 2011 Cherry Blossom Classic on May 16 through May 22, 2011.   This will be the fourth time the event has been held in Georgetown, Ky.
