PLEASANT, S.C. – The Southern Conference-leading College of Charleston men’s soccer team posted a comprehensive effort to beat Davidson, 5-0, in impressive fashion at Patriots Point on Saturday evening. Sarah Boyle Sets Pool Record At Georgia Southern

STATESBORO, Ga. – College of Charleston junior Sarah Boyle set a new pool record at Georgia Southern’s Recreation Activity Center in a CCSA dual meet against the Eagles on Saturday afternoon. Boyle set the new mark in the 100 backstroke with a time of 57.96, taking first place. A native of Columbia, S.C., she also won first place in the 200 yard backstroke (2:05.55), and the 100 butterfly with a time of 58.00. Oct. 20, 2012 – East Carolina had four players finish among the top-13 to lead the Pirates to a runner-up finish at the 2012 Wolfpack Intercollegiate, concluding its fall season. ECU finished at par 864 after shooting 1-under 287 in Saturday’s final round. ECU junior Eric Brady recorded his first top-5 finish of the season, tying for fourth-place at 1-under 215 (73-71-71). WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The College of Charleston women’s tennis team was represented by two players on the second day of play at the USTA/ITA Carolina Regional Championships. Both hailing from Greensboro, N.C., senior Christin Newman and freshman Brooke McAmis were both able to advance past the opening Round of 64 and into tomorrow’s Round of 32. The Gamecocks turned the ball over three times in the first half deep in their own territory, which led to 21 points for the Gators.
